The Stanton

Named after the peaceful Cotswold village of Stanton, with its honey coloured stone and beautiful thatched cottages, The Stanton has an equally relaxed, furniture like character. Originally designed in collaboration with a lovely client, it has since earned its place within our oak collection.

This generous double vanity takes a slightly different approach to storage, with two drawer line double cupboards providing plenty of room for the everyday necessities of a shared bathroom. Reeded oak detailing brings texture to the design, while the elegant legs lift the cabinetry from the floor and give such a substantial piece a lighter, more freestanding feel.

The framework and legs are carefully made from 100% sustainably sourced solid oak, with oak veneered cupboard interiors completing the cabinetry. Each vanity is protected with two coats of exterior grade lacquer, creating a durable, low maintenance finish designed to stand up beautifully to everyday bathroom life.

The Stanton can be configured with either counter top or under mounted basins. If counter top basins are chosen, the upper drawers are fully functional, providing an additional layer of useful storage above the cupboards. With undermounted basins, these become false drawer fronts to create the necessary space for the basins and associated pipework.

When under mounted basins are selected, the overall vanity height increases by 100mm, with the additional height incorporated into the cupboard section. This allows us to accommodate the basins while maintaining the carefully considered proportions of the original design.
