Oval Basins
Our elegant oval countertop basin measures 480mm wide × 350mm deep × h135mm.

Vanity Unit Depths
Our standard depth for countertop basin vanity units is 450mm, carefully proportioned to suit most bathrooms and basin styles.
If you're working with a smaller or larger space, or have a specific design requirement, we can often manufacture your vanity unit to a bespoke depth. Simply get in touch with our team to discuss your project ~ we'll be happy to advise on the options available.
Under Mounted Basins
Our white ceramic undermount basins create a timeless, seamless appearance and are available in both oval and rectangular designs.
Oval Basins
Available in three sizes, selected according to the width of your vanity unit.
Basin Size | Recommended Vanity Width
Small – w395 × d260 × h125mm | Single units under 700mm • Double units under 1400mm
Medium – w440 × d350 × h145mm | Single units 700–800mm • Double units 1400 ~1600mm
Large – w495 × 3d45 × h160mm | Single units 850mm+ • Double units 1700mm+
Our recommended basin sizes have been carefully selected to complement the proportions of each vanity unit and these are used as standard. However, as every piece is handcrafted to order, we understand that every customer has different priorities.
Some clients prefer a larger basin, while others would rather maximise counter top space for everyday essentials. Wherever possible, we're happy to accommodate these requests.
Simply get in touch before placing your order and we'll discuss the options with you. If we can achieve the look and proportions we're proud to put our name to, we'll happily tailor your vanity unit to suit your requirements.
Rectangular Basins
Our rectangular undermount basin measures approximately w465mm × d310mm × h175mm and is available on:
- Single vanity units 700mm +
- Double vanity units 1400mm +

Wastes & Overflows
All undermount basins feature an integrated overflow and require a 1¼" (32mm) slotted waste.
For both practical and aesthetic reasons, we position the overflow at the front of the vanity unit. This not only provides additional clearance for plumbing—particularly on vanity units with drawers—but also keeps the overflow discreetly out of sight.
Vanity Unit Depths
The overall depth of your vanity unit will depend on your chosen basin and tap combination.
- Counter top mounted taps require our standard vanity depth of 550mm. The only exceptions are our 600mm and 650mm single vanity units, and 1200mm and 1300mm double vanity units, which are manufactured to a depth of 500mm to suit the smaller basin size and maintain balanced proportions.
- Wall-mounted taps allow the unit depth to be reduced by 50mm, while still ensuring the tap projects comfortably over the basin.
Simply let us know which tap style you're using when ordering and we'll manufacture your vanity unit to the correct depth.
Branding
Wherever possible, we source unbranded basins for a cleaner, more refined appearance. Whilst availability cannot always be guaranteed, we will always try to supply these where possible.
Tolerances
All of our basins are manufactured from high-quality vitreous china or fireclay. As these are kiln-fired ceramic products, slight variations are a natural part of the manufacturing process. Dimensions may vary by up to ±3%, and minor differences in shape or finish should be considered a characteristic of the material rather than a defect.
Pre-Drilled Tap Holes
Pre-Drilled Tap Holes
Tap holes are not pre-drilled as standard, as their position depends entirely on your chosen tap.
If you'd like us to drill the tap hole before delivery, simply select the Pre-Drilled Tap Hole option when configuring your vanity unit and send us a link to your chosen tap. We'll confirm the dimensions before machining.
Alternatively, your installer may prefer to drill the tap hole during installation. Please refer to our Installation Notes for further guidance.
Taps
Taps
For our countertop vanity units, we proudly offer the Parthian Tap by Perrin & Rowe ~ a beautifully proportioned tap that perfectly complements the scale and elegance of our cabinetry.
We don't supply taps for undermount vanity units, as there is an extensive choice of styles, projections and finishes available. This allows you to select the tap that best suits your bathroom design and installation requirements.

Painted Finishes
All of our painted cabinetry is carefully prepared, primed and spray finished in-house in our purpose built spray booths, using a tough industrial coating chosen for its durability and beautifully smooth finish.
When it comes to colour, the possibilities are virtually endless. We colour match almost any shade or swatch ~ if we can obtain a physical sample, we can match it. You’re also very welcome to send us your own sample if it isn’t readily available.
Once sprayed we allow time for the finish to properly cure before your cabinetry leaves our workshops, helping to ensure it arrives looking exactly as it should.
And because life happens, a complimentary touch up pen is supplied with every painted project for those little knocks and marks that may occur over the years.

Oak Finishes
For our oak cabinetry, we offer a beautiful range of stained finishes designed to enhance, rather than hide, the natural character of the timber. From our Signature (original) finish to richer shades such as Truffle, Walnut and Roasted Coffee, there is plenty of choice to complement your scheme.
If you have something particular in mind, we can also colour match an existing oak sample, allowing your vanity or cabinetry to sit beautifully alongside other timber finishes within your home.
Once stained, all oak is protected with two coats of exterior grade lacquer, carefully applied in our own workshops. This creates a durable, low maintenance finish designed to protect the timber in a bathroom environment. Once fully cured, water will bead on the protective surface rather than immediately soaking into the oak.
