Description
Featured in @tobyshome, The Mickleton is the natural oak counterpart to our popular Flyford design and a firm favourite for those who prefer cupboard storage over banks of drawers. With its traditional shaker style doors and understated proportions, it has a timeless simplicity that allows the beauty of the oak to do much of the talking.
Behind the double doors you'll find a generous cupboard with internal shelving, providing plenty of room for taller toiletries, towels and everyday bathroom essentials ~ as well as offering a neat solution for concealing existing pipework. Above sits a solid oak dovetailed drawer, fitted to premium concealed under mounted soft close runners.
The framework and plinth are crafted from sustainably sourced solid oak in our Worcestershire workshops. Before leaving us, every Mickleton receives two coats of exterior grade lacquer, creating a durable, low maintenance finish that protects the timber in a bathroom environment while allowing its natural grain and character to remain beautifully visible.
The basin configuration determines how the upper drawer functions. Choose a counter top basin and the drawer is fully functional, giving you an additional layer of easily accessible storage. With an under mounted basin, the drawer front becomes false to create the necessary space for the basin and associated pipework, while the cupboard below remains fully usable.
Personalise The Mickleton with your choice of oak finish, counter top, upstand, basin and cabinet hardware, taking this wonderfully versatile design from quietly traditional to something altogether more individual.
Classic Shaker cabinetry, generous cupboard space and the warmth of natural oak ~ The Mickleton is a wonderfully practical vanity with timeless appeal.
