The Fairford ~ Reeded

Named after the picturesque Gloucestershire market town of Fairford, The Fairford ~ Reeded brings together beautifully textured oak, graceful scalloped detailing and a wonderfully traditional furniture like character. Set beside the River Coln, Fairford is known for its honey coloured Cotswold stone buildings, historic streets and beautiful medieval church ~ a fitting namesake for a piece that celebrates timeless English design and craftsmanship.

Taking the much loved proportions of our original Fairford vanity, this reeded version introduces an extra layer of texture and character. Four beautifully framed drawer fronts feature fine vertical reeding, creating a lovely play of light and shadow across the natural oak. Beneath the drawers, the distinctive sweeping scalloped trim remains a defining feature, bringing a softer, more decorative silhouette and just the right amount of playfulness to this elegant double vanity.

Behind its prettier details, The Fairford ~ Reeded is designed to work hard. Four generous solid oak dovetailed drawersprovide plenty of practical storage for a shared bathroom, each fitted to premium concealed soft close runners for a smooth and refined action. The combination of beautifully balanced drawer fronts, traditional joinery and carefully considered proportions gives the piece the character of handcrafted furniture rather than simply bathroom cabinetry.

The framework is crafted from carefully selected, sustainably sourced solid oak, allowing the natural grain and individual character of the timber to become an integral part of the design. Each piece is professionally finished in-house with two protective coats of exterior-grade lacquer, creating a durable, splash-resistant and low-maintenance finish suited to the demands of a bathroom environment.

One of the loveliest practical details of The Fairford ~ Reeded is that all four drawers remain fully functional, whether you choose countertop or undermounted basins. Thanks to the carefully considered height and positioning of the drawers, even the upper drawers can be retained with undermounted basins, so there's no need to sacrifice valuable storage space for your preferred basin style.

Available in our beautiful collection of oak stains, from lighter natural finishes to richer, deeper tones, The Fairford ~ Reeded can be personalised with your choice of oak finish, countertop, upstand, basins and cabinet hardware, creating a vanity entirely suited to your bathroom.

Pretty without being fussy, textured without being overpowering ~ The Fairford ~ Reeded combines delicate vertical reeding, playful scalloped detailing and the natural beauty of oak in a wonderfully characterful double vanity designed to be admired from every angle.
