Description
Description
Named after the beautiful Cotswold village of Daylesford, The Daylesford brings a more furniture led feel to our oak vanity collection. Its defining feature is a set of four elegant solid oak legs, designed by us and hand turned locally especially for Holly Oak House ~ a detail you won’t find sitting on a shelf elsewhere.
Starting at 1200mm wide, this double basin vanity has a lighter, more open appearance than a traditional fully enclosed cabinet, while two generous banks of drawers ensure there is still plenty of practical storage. Each drawer box is made from solid oak with traditional dovetailed joints and fitted to concealed soft close runners.
The oak is finished with two coats of exterior grade lacquer for maximum protection in the bathroom. Alternative oak stains can also be chosen, allowing The Daylesford to take on an entirely different character to suit your scheme.
With counter top basins, all drawers are fully functional. If you choose under mounted basins, the upper drawer fronts become false to provide the necessary space for the basins and pipework, while the drawers below remain fully functional.
Elegant turned legs, beautiful oak and generous storage give The Daylesford the character of a freestanding piece of furniture ~ and we have to admit, we rather adore this one.
