Description
Introducing The Conderton ~ a wonderfully traditional oak vanity with graceful curves, beautifully moulded drawer fronts and the sweetest little bun feet. There's something rather special about this one. With its softly rounded edges, elegant proportions and unmistakable furniture-like character, The Conderton feels as though it could have been a treasured piece of furniture for generations.
Named after the picturesque Worcestershire village of Conderton, nestled at the foot of Bredon Hill, it takes its name from one of the loveliest corners of the countryside surrounding our workshops. With its winding country lanes, historic cottages and beautiful rural setting, Conderton has a wonderfully timeless charm ~ much like the vanity itself.
Three generous drawers, beautifully detailed mouldings and those charming little bun feet give The Conderton its distinctive personality. The gently curved edges soften the overall silhouette, while the carefully framed drawer fronts bring a sense of traditional elegance without feeling overly decorative. It's a design that celebrates all those lovely little details that make handcrafted furniture so special.
And behind its pretty exterior, The Conderton is every bit as practical as it is beautiful. Each drawer box is made from solid oak using traditional dovetailed joints and fitted to premium concealed soft close runners, providing generous, beautifully organised storage for everyday bathroom essentials.
The cabinetry is handcrafted from carefully selected, sustainably sourced oak, allowing the natural grain and individual character of the timber to become an integral part of the design. Each piece is professionally finished in-house with two protective coats of exterior-grade lacquer, creating a durable, splash-resistant finish while preserving the warmth and beauty of the oak.
Choose a countertop basin and all three drawers remain fully functional, making the most of the available storage. With an undermounted basin, the upper drawer front becomes false to accommodate the basin bowl, while the drawers below remain functional with carefully positioned waste cut outs for the associated pipework.
Available in our beautiful collection of oak finishes, from soft, natural tones to richer, deeper stains, The Conderton can be personalised with your choice of countertop, upstand, basin and cabinet hardware, allowing you to create a piece that feels entirely at home in your bathroom.
Soft curves, traditional mouldings and the most charming little bun feet ~ The Conderton is unapologetically traditional, wonderfully characterful and full of the details we love most about beautifully made furniture.
As one of the newest additions to our collection, this vanity hasn't quite had its moment in front of the camera just yet! In the meantime, we've used carefully created computer generated images to give you a lovely feel for the design and its finer details. And as beautiful as these images are, we think you'll love the real piece even more!
