The Charlecote

Named after the magnificent Charlecote Park in Warwickshire, The Charlecote was our first double oak vanity to feature reeded detailing and remains one of the more architectural designs in our collection. With its set back central drawer stack and symmetrical side cupboards, there’s plenty going on ~ yet somehow it all comes together beautifully.

The vanity is divided into three equal width sections, regardless of the overall size selected. A central bank of solid oak drawers sits slightly recessed between two drawer base line cupboards, creating depth and interest while providing a wonderful amount of practical storage. 

Handmade in our Worcestershire workshops using sustainably sourced oak, the framework, reeded detailing and plinth are all crafted from solid timber. The oak is finished in our subtle chalky finish, allowing the natural grain and character of the wood to remain an important part of the finished piece.

With a counter top basin, all upper drawers are fully functional. If you choose an under mounted basin, the upper left and right hand drawers becomes false to provide the necessary space for the basin and pipework, while all other drawers, including the upper central drawer, remain fully functional.
