'The Tiddesley ~ Reeded' is here! We've had many clients fall in love with our oak reeded drawer fronts so we've now added them to our best selling oak vanity unit, The Tiddesley.

This timeless piece is carefully handcrafted using sustainably sourced solid oak. It features solid oak dovetailed drawers using the highest quality undermounted soft close concealed runners. Its legs and framework are made from solid oak and side panels and oak shelf are made from oak veneer for longevity.

The grooved shelf below adds that little bit extra character and room for a basket or two to store all your bits and pieces.

Our oak vanity units are treated with two coats of exterior grade laquer before leaving our workshops to give the best possible protection in a bathroom environment.

If you have selected an undermount basin, please use the the 'Add a Note' function at the checkout to let us know if you are opting for wall mounted or deck mounted taps - as this will affect the depth of your vanity unit and where we position the basin cut out in the counter top. Please note taps are not included. Do note with this option the top drawer front will be false as the basin is housed inside the unit.

The following sized ceramic round basin will be provided if the counter top basin option is selected in the product listing

~ Circa 360mm in diameter for w600mm and wider vanities with our standard depth of 450mm (and any bespoke depth greater than 400mm).
~ Circa 320mm in diameter for w550mm and w500mm vanities with a depth of 400mm and 450mm.
~ Circa 320mm in diameter for units with a bespoke depth greater than 365mm and less than 400mm.
~ Circa 280mm in diameter for units with a bespoke depth of less than 365mm.

You are more than welcome to source your own counter top basin. This doesn't need to be sent to our workshop, but if you need us to make your vanity unit to anything other than our standard counter top vanity unit depth of d450mm please use the 'Add a Note' function at the checkout to let us know. There is no additional charge for a bespoke depth request.

Our basins do not have an overflow therefore you will require a 1 1/4 inch / 32mm unslotted waste. Waste connections are not included due to the variety of finishes available on the market.
If the undermounted basin option is chosen in the product listing, an oval ceramic under mounted basin(s) will be supplied. The size of the basin(s) will be proportionate to the dimensions of the vanity unit.

As standard we will provide our smaller basin(s) measuring w375mm x d245mm for:

~ any single basin vanity unit measuring less than w800mm wide
~ any double basin vanity unit measuring less than w1500mm wide.

Our vanity units housing our smaller basins and deck mounted taps are built to d500mm as standard. With wall mounted taps the depth reduces to d450mm to ensure the tap reaches the basin.

Our larger basins measure w495mm x d345mm and are provided as standard for:

~ any single basin vanity unit measuring w800mm or wider
~ any double basin vanity unit measuring w1500mm or wider.

Our vanity units housing our larger basins and deck mounted taps are built to d550mm as standard, and with wall mounted taps the depth reduces to d500mm.

Our basins are manufactured for us by RAK Ceramics and where at all possible we order these unbranded. That said, we regret that an unbranded basin cannot be guaranteed due to supply and import issues outside of our control.

An upgrade to a our rectangular basin option is available to purchase here.

Our under mounted basins feature a built in overflow, we would recommend that this is placed at the front of the vanity unit so it isn't visible. You will need to purchase a 1 1/4 inch / 32mm slotted waste. Basin connections are not included due to the variety of finishes available on the market.
Our range of counter tops can be viewed online here. All of our counter tops are finished with an 'aris' profile as standard. If you would like to upgrade to an 'ogee' profile, you can add that to your basket here.

Counter top samples are available on request (subject to availability from our suppliers), with the exception of our Carrara Marble. Being a natural product, the tones and veining may vary considerably in each piece and thus may not be representative of what you receive. A complimentary h80mm rectangular upstand is provided as standard with all of our quartz and marble counter tops. Bespoke height upstands can be purchased here and scalloped upstands here. Both options are available with an 'aris' or 'ogee' profile.

If you need to order a bespoke piece of matching quartz or marble with your vanity unit, perhaps to cover a built in toilet or a windowsill, or may be you would like a shelf, please use this listing and choose the closet size available (please upsize rather than downsize). You will need to use the 'Add a Note' function at the checkout to let us know edges will be visible and therefore need to be polished.
