  • When can I expect to receive my order?
    Our lead times are as follows: ~ Oak vanity units & furniture: 6-8 weeks ~ Painted vanity units & furniture: 8-10 weeks ~ Expedited service: 4 weeks Our expedited service is available on all bespoke vanity units & furniture with the exception of The Dorsington due to the labour time to manufacture.
  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    In short yes we do! Please contact us at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk to place your order as VAT may not be applicable, equally the delivery charge will need to be calculated. You would be responsible for any import duties and / or local taxes. If you create an account in our website we can then create a bespoke order and invoice for you.
  • Is the cost of delivery included?
    Yes, we offer free delivery on all of our products in England & Wales. Orders to Northern Ireland, Ireland and Scotland carry a premium and these will be calculated at the checkout for you. If you'd like to order from a different country please contact us for a shipping quotation.
  • Will I be contacted to arrange my delivery?
    Delivery will be arranged with you in advance and will be made as close to your door as possible. We regret that we cannot carry any items upstairs due to our insurance restrictions and you will require an able bodied person on hand to help our driver off load your cabinetry should it be a large piece. If your property has restricted access we ask that you notify us using the 'Add a note' functionality below so we can make the necessary provisions. On occasions we may need to use a pallet network to deliver your order, in which case this would be a kerbside delivery only so please make the necessary arrangements. ​Please inspect all items upon arrival delivery in the unlikely event of any damage occurring during transit, if you do not have time to do this you must sign the delivery note as 'unchecked' and if the packaging is damaged please signed as 'damaged' - any damages must be reported to us the same day by email at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk in order for us to make a claim against our couriers.
  • Please can I delay my delivery as our build work is not yet finished?
    Sure, please contact us at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk and we can arrange this for you.
  • My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?"
    We are so sorry to hear this. Our products are fully protected and secured to a robust pallet to ensure they are safe during their journey to their new home, but sadly on very rare occasions, they can be damaged during transit. We kindly ask that you contact us at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk within 12 hours of delivery if there are any issues and we will work with you to ensure they are resolved as quickly as possible to minimialise the disruption to you. We do include a small tin of touch up paint with every order should you need it.
  • I need my order sooner what can I do?
    If you require a fast track delivery, you can purchase our 6 Week Expedited Service in our online shop.
  • What delivery service do you use?

  • I have specific requirements that aren't listed as options, are you able to accomodate these?"
    All of our cabinetry is handmade to order in the UK, therefore we are able to accomodate most requests. Please contact us at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk to discuss this further with us. We want to build something for you that not only lasts the test of time but that also fulfills your requirements.
  • Where is your cabinetry made?
    All of our cabinetry is handmade just outside of Broadway in The Cotswolds using solid materials from local companies to maintain efficiency and quality. We feel this sets us apart from other brands who import their products from abroad .
  • Are the basins and taps included?
    Ceramic basins are included in the price of all of our vanity units. A round basin is provided on our counter top units and an oval basin on our under mount units. Wastes and traps are not included. Taps are not included owing to the vast choice available on the market. The tops are supplied with a central waste hole to the drawer set. Your plumber will be able to drill your tap holes for you using a diamond tile bit to ensure they are in your desired position.   • My bathroom fitter is asking where to place the waste pipes, do you have the dimensions of the units?"
    Sure, please click this link and scroll to the section on plumbing to find the measurements. We recommend booking a date for your plumber to fit the unit after it has arrived in case of any unforeseen delays.
  • Our waste pipes are not hidden in the wall, will they then be seen behind the unit?"
    Yes, but we are able to place a back on the unit so that the waste pipes will be hidden. Please email us at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk to add this option to your order.
  • Is the top drawer on the vanity units functional?
    Yes it is on our counter top basin units. There is a 100mm cut out in the top drawer to accomodate the waste pipe. We recommend using a 32mm p-trap waste which will fit perfectly (these can be sourced from most retailers). The top drawer on our under mount basin units is a dummy front as the sink is sunken into the unit and the bottom drawer contains a 100mm waste cut out. The bottom drawers are fully functional on all counter top basin units. In addition there is a 70mm gap behind all of our units with a depth greater than 400mm to allow room for the plumbing connections.
  • I want to order but don't yet know which colour I would like?
    We understand that at the time of order, you may not have a confirmed paint choice, which is why we have left this field optional in our shop. Once you've made your selection, simply send your colour choice to us via email (hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk)- we ask that you do this no later than three weeks after your order date.
  • I'd like to order one of your double drawer / cupboard vanity units but I only want one central basin?
    Sure we can do this, just select which type of basin you'd like in the shop and on the checkout page just 'Add a Note' and let us know you'd only like one single basin. This involves more thought and labour our end, but we wont charge you any more as there is a saving for us as we are only providing one basin.
  • Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
    We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. In order to claim a full refund cancellations must be received within 14 days of the order being received. Please see our Terms and Conditions for further information.
  • Can I return or exchange my order once it has arrived?

  • Do you charge VAT?
    Yes we do. If you are exempt from paying VAT, for example, you may live outside of the UK, or you may be building a brand new home please contact us at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk
